All the ingredients of Kolme kukkaa ("Three flowers") are carefully hand-picked from the nature of Southern Finland. Free from additives and caffeine, just pure wisdom of nature!

Ingredients: urtica dioica, rosa rugosa, trifolium pratense. Not recommended to pregnant people or young children. Not every herb can be used with every medication, so please make sure these herbs don't interact with your medications. 

Please keep in mind that no herb is recommended for continuous use or in large quantities. Check in on how you feel after drinking this tea and stop using the product if you get an allergic reaction for example.

How to brew a nice cup of herbal tea:

Measure 1-2 teaspoons of herbs for one 200-400ml cup. It is recommended to grind the herbs slightly to release their aromas. Brew in freshly boiled water for approximately 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
